Don’t worry about a thing…
…because every little thing is going to be alright!
Staff at Sandfield Close Primary School want to share with you a video of a special message for all children and parents.
We hope you enjoyed it as much as we had fun making it for you! Did you recognise everyone?
Thank you to you all for embracing such an unusual change in our lives and for being so positive and hard-working in Google Classroom.
Children have worked hard to ensure they completed assignments and have thoroughly enjoyed sending assignments back to staff to mark and provide feedback. Children, we have loved seeing your learning through your assignments, photos, videos, singing videos and artwork – simply super! Well done!
Teachers have worked hard to be creative when setting assignments for children, communicating with children daily and teaching you all in Google Meet sessions. The office staff, IT technicians, site manager and the cleaning team have also worked hard to ensure you are safe, well taken care of and have worked tirelessly to keep the school open to children so that our super Key Worker parents can continue to help and support us all during lockdown. A huge thank you to all our Key Worker parents! Well done to all staff at Sandfield, who have all supported the mental health and well-being of our children and families – we are proud of you!
Thank you to parents for working so hard to ensure children are engaging with learning whilst also working from home and juggling many roles – well done! Thank you too to all the parents that sent such positive messages about our staff and our supportive provision during this period of school closure – we have appreciated all your supportive sentiments.
We miss you all and wish you all a good summer holiday.
We look forward to seeing you all again in September.
Until then, be safe and take care.
